 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Visited once during lockdown. Since then I've been repeatedly subjected to unsolicited marketing text messages that I have no way of stopping. Ofcom will be my next port of call if they continue.

And despite the reply from the owner, it 100% does relate to this business. The marketing text contains a direct link to their website.

*UPDATE - still getting spam texts from Blu on a regular basis, telling me 'they have appointments available' and providing no way of opting out. I have reported the business to the ICO*

Here's an example of the spam they regularly send me - "Hi Paul

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My usual mobile hairdresser couldn’t fit me in for a colour for an important family wedding so went to Blu in Bingham. Chloe fitted me in, made her late leaving! What a great customer experience Blu provide. loved the head massage when conditioners applied.explained why toner could be applied or not, discussed colours from a vast board, explained products put in my hair when asked but didn’t over sell. Full computerised so if need to go again they can look me up. 5 stars all the way. Have salons in Keyworth and Cotgrave too. X

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chloe worked her magic on my hair, I hadn’t had it coloured for 6 months and had very big roots. She talked me through each step and I had no doubt I’d love the end result! Absolutely love it.

Had my hair done by Lou and she was brilliant. She was so accommodating the whole way through, and my blonde looks fresh, bright, and just how I like it. Thank you Lou.

I have my sons wedding coming up shortly and wanted to have a different style. I arrived at the salon with a couple of pictures and showed them to Amanda. She suggested a few ideas and got to work. The finished style was lovely and perfect for the wedding. I cant thank Amanda enough. Staff always very friendly and nice atmosphere in the salon.

Blu in cotgrave is absolutely fantastic Laura was great. She knew what she was doing when cutting my hair her conversation skills made me feel like I’ve been coming to Blu all the time and it felt like I was a regular all the staff are great and they are highly recommended

Staff very friendly service is amazing all the stylists understand what you are wanting, salon is never noisy and has a calm presence. I have never had a poor or bad experience and have always been able to book an appointment when needed. Will definately recommend to friends

First time visiting Blu in Keyworth and it was a fab experience, made to feel really welcome and relaxed, the salon is nice modern and spacious. I absolutely love my colour and cut, Liz was fantastic and guided me through what colours would work to achieve what I wanted she had a great approach, easy to talk to and wanted to ensure i was happy. So pleased with the final result. Love it ❤️

Always a pleasure to visit Blu in Keyworth for my hair appointments. The salon is lovely and modern, clean, bright and comfy. The staff are very welcoming and Laura who usually does my hair is such a lovely lady - friendly and knowledgeable and always does a great job. It's a treat to go and have my hair done at Blu, recommended.

I always have Danielle cut my hair as she makes such a good job of it and knows my hair well. She is always welcoming and interested in me and what I'm doing. She also never takes a tip for granted and appreciates what I give her. The salon is bright and modern, especially after its makeover, and the staff are always friendly. And, they make a lovely cup of tea!

Lovely bright and clean salon. Good parking. Always try to accommodate your booking at short notice. Staff are friendly. Danielle always gives a good cut/service. Would recommend.

Outstanding customer service at Keyworth Blu! Danielle has cut, coloured and blow dried my hair for over 10 years now! Always look and feel amazing after every visit. Highly recommend Blu Hairdressing 100%

It was my first visit to the Keyworth salon and both the staff and facilities are excellent, as always. I particularly liked the hair washing area with the low chairs and foot rests. Blu staff are always welcoming and Liz was no exception. My colour, cut and blow dry were spot on. A great experience.
